  • Customized chairs made specifically for you, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s), including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package, if provided.
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

2.1 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-8 business days.
  • If rejected, we will provide you with the reason and return the item(s) to you, at your expense.
